First of all I would like to congratulate to all students who passed their A level exam, published yesterday, 13th of August.
According to the UCAS, university college admission service of the UK, 409,000 students have already been accepted for the course they have applied for. Students who have done good punched the air and screamed with big hope and joy.
Adam Smith wrote a book the wealth of nations where he says labour force and education accelerate national productivity and also division of labour increase individual productivity and personal work satisfaction. Education is the quality of wealth and wealth is possible by good health. The main focus of The Wealth of Nations is economic growth is possible by the specialization of labour force/human resource and quality of human resource is depend on quality of education. Hence economics always value the human resource. Human can envisage, create and work through the innovation for development. So education, health and wealth are important pillars of the economy.
Education can buy from university but wisdom born from the core of human heart. Knowledge follow the rules step by step what has been taught but wisdom is a judgement of knowledge. Wisdom is deep sense and smell of truth. There is big gap between knowledge and wisdom. Now humanity is in transition, development is unsustainable and distribution is unfair. We definitely missed something to work through to provide justice and security in real sense. Let us hope that coming generation will fulfil the gap between knowledge and wisdom.
Let’s not forget that the Earth is not given for free, not only for human but it belongs equally to all living creatures. And also we owe the Earth from future generation for our benefits. So we must return it without any damage. This is the wisdom we need to lean and apply.
