The white Tiger

The White tiger is a novel written by Indian author Aravind Adiga. The book won the 40th Man Booker Prize in 2008. A key component in The White Tiger is the discussion of the India caste system, Americanization (for globalization) in India has played its role in the plot, since it provides an outlet for Balram (main character of the novel) to alter his caste…..while working in the tea shop he begins to learn about India’s government and economy from the customers’ conversations. Balram describes himself as a bad servant and decides that he wants to become a driver…….. Nepal is bitterly criticized  in the book too…
